As part of our house rules Corfu villa guests agree to, respect the local community, parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly forbidden. This also applies to stag and hen parties. We ask that noise levels remain low and respectful throughout the stay.

Caring for the Property
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time. We ask that you treat our home with kindness and use all facilities and equipment with care. Maintaining high standards is easier when everyone shows respect.
Check-in time is from 16:00 until 00:00 (please inform us of your expected arrival). Check-out time is by 10:00. Note that smoking is forbidden in all interior areas of the home to maintain a clean atmosphere for all. We appreciate your help in keeping our home smoke-free for the comfort of every guest we host.
Guest Occupancy Policies
The total number of guests must match the number on your confirmed booking. Extra visitors who are not on the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight at our home.
Reporting Damage & Check-out
Please inform us of any broken items or mechanical problems immediately so we can fix them. Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units, and kitchen appliances, and leave the villa in a clean state. We want every visitor to have a perfect stay and we thank you for helping us keep this beautiful home ready for future travelers.

Driving Directions
Spiti Mata is located in Perithia, North Corfu. The best way to reach the villa from the airport or port is by car (approx. 60 min). Follow the road to Kassiopi and keep a lookout for signs to Agios Spyridon.
Check-in Process
Self check-in is available from 16:00 to 00:00. We will send you the secure key box code 24 hours prior to arrival. Please ensure you keep us updated regarding your actual arrival time in Corfu.
Island Travel Options
We strongly suggest hiring a vehicle to see the island properly. Green Buses run along the coastal road, and private taxi transfers can be scheduled for any local trips you wish to make.
